Legal reflection as a component of the ability of future specialists to successful professional self-realization

The article raises some problematic issues related to the development of students of higher education institutions with the ability to successful professional self-realization during their life journey. It is substantiated that legal reflection is a key factor of professional self-realization and an integral prerequisite for the formation of the competitiveness of the future specialist in the conditions of the modern labor market. As a result of the conducted scientific discourse, which was based on the scientific research of scientists who investigate the specified problem in the context of the subject specifics of psychological and pedagogical science, legal pedagogy, legal science, it was confirmed that self-regulation, as an aspect of self-realization and reflection retain a dominant meaning among the tools of human development. It was established that such a vector of research into the problem of successful professional self-realization of the future specialist as law as legal reflection – is an indispensable component of his ability in this regard, requires special study. On the basis of the systematization of scientific ideas about the essence and legal reflection, and the professional self-realization of the personality of the student of higher education, the importance of deploying pedagogical efforts is proven, mostly in the aspects of educating students to have a responsible attitude to personal and professional purpose in society and readiness to build constructive educational legal relations.
