OncoRNALab/totalexRNAseq: Total RNA sequencing data processing of extracellular RNA from biofluids

This release accompanies the lab protocol: "Total RNA sequencing of extracellular RNA from biofluids" (Decock et al., STAR Protocols, 2026). It provides a complete Snakemake workflow for processing both single-end and paired-end extracellular RNA sequencing data in a fully reproducible containerized environment.
