Evidence-based model for rehabilitation quality management

Objective. To develop and evaluate an evidence-based model for rehabilitation quality management. Material and methods. We analyzed regulatory documents, modern clinical guidelines and rehabilitation processes, as well as modeled key stages of patient management. Results. We developed a comprehensive approach including stratification of patients according to rehabilitation complexity, standardized protocols, objective assessment scales and system for cyclical monitoring of results. Retrospective analysis, simulation calculations and expert assessment showed that the proposed model reduces variability of clinical decisions, increases consistency of multidisciplinary teams and contributes to more stable achievement of functional results. Organization of continuous feedback has accelerated the updating of local protocols and improved their compliance with modern scientific data. Conclusion. Our results indicate that integration of evidence-based approaches into rehabilitation quality management system creates sustainable, transparent, and predictable clinical environment. The developed model can serve as a methodological basis for improving rehabilitation care and implementing unified quality control standards in medical organizations.
