The purpose of the article is to develop components and indicators of the formation of a health-saving culture among future preschool educators, as well as to develop methods for forming a health-saving culture among future preschool educators in an innovative digital space. A multi-level approach to health promotion in education is a key tool for building a healthy society. European experience shows that systematic work at all levels yields positive results. Ukraine has the potential to implement similar models, but needs deeper integration of international practices, state support and active community participation. Based on the identified components and indicators, the levels of health-saving culture formation among future preschool teachers are characterised as follows: high level (in-depth knowledge of health, health-saving technologies and digital hygiene, strong motivation for a healthy lifestyle, active use of health-saving technologies and digital tools, high reflectivity); satisfactory level (sufficient knowledge, but selective use of health-saving technologies and digital tools in the process of developing original health-saving programmes, unstable motivation, ability to correct one's activities to preserve and strengthen health, level of self-reflection development); low level (insufficient knowledge, weak motivation, unsystematic use of health-saving methods and digital tools, low reflectivity, lack of guidance on correcting one's activities to preserve and strengthen health, level of self-reflection development). Originality: a methodology for forming a culture of health preservation among future preschool educators has been developed. The formation of a culture of health preservation among higher education students was carried out using the innovative digital space of the university.
