Long-term outcomes after reverse shoulder arthroplasty show no improvements with patient-specific instrumentation

Patient-specific instrumentation (PSI) is widely used in shoulder arthroplasty for better alignment and stability of implants. However, evidence for improved patient outcomes is limited, and there are few comparative studies with long-term follow-up. We compare mid- and long-term radiological and clinical outcomes for patients operated with PSI with patients operated with conventional instrumentation.
