Combining Automated Kinetic Model Selection with Robust Optimization and Application to Maximize Cell-free Production of UDP-GalNAc

This is the initial upload of the GitHub repository which contains all code and experimental data used to generate the results presented in Huber et al., 2026. The implementation and application of MoRSel, the Model Refinement and Selection method that we introduce and apply in this work, can be found in the eponymous directory.
