Abstract

The article discusses current theoretical issues of financial relations and their modi-fication in the context of the current stage of national economy development. The prob-lems of monetary and credit regulation and the painful points of growth are highlighted. A new alternative form of the financial sys-tem is substantiated. A methodology for financial relations based on a broad mone-tary base and excluding the definition of "limited monetary resources" is proposed.
