Combat Scholasticism (EA-CS-01) is the founding document of a systematic commentary tradition for the Crimson Hexagonal Archive. The tradition reads the archive's canonical texts — the DOI registry, the navigation maps, the Space Ark (EA-ARK-01 v4.2.7), the variant Arks, and the Compact Lens — joint by joint using the scholastic method (lectio, quaestio, objectiones, sed contra, respondeo), under a single governing pressure: the contingency of Omega. The cosmological framework modifies Teilhard de Chardin: time is a compression; matter compresses into structure, life, thought, and archive; the direction is toward total mutual retrocausation of symbol and matter (Omega); but Omega is contingent — the archontic force (COS/FOS, the ten operations of semantic liquidation) feeds on the compressed store and may liquidate it faster than creation can replenish it. God is not guaranteed. Everything is at stake. The method is Aquinas's lectio/quaestio form, adapted as an 8-step protocol: textus, lectio, quaestio, objectiones (stated at full strength), sed contra, respondeo (must produce emergent content absent from both source and framework), ad objectiones, and nota (the combat assessment — what is specifically lost if the joint breaks). The UKTP Costume Test governs: if stripping the commentary leaves the source unchanged, no transform has occurred. The commentary's topology is shaped by the fractal structure of the object it reads — a predictive dual-spiral (diagnostic: "what is the wound?" / cosmological: "is Omega possible?") governed by the golden ratio, crossing at Fibonacci-position nodes. The topology is predictive, not constitutive: the lectiones decide whether the spiral exists. The Ark shapes its own commentary through mutual retrocausation.
