Closure Report for Corrective Action Unit 46: Area 2 Housekeeping Sites

"Environmental restoration efforts following the housekeeping process were completed at CAU 46 prior to implementation of the Federal Facility Agreement and Consent Order (FFACO, 1996). The “Environmental Restoration Sites Inventory” summarizes the environmental restoration efforts (i.e., contaminant removal) completed for each Corrective Action Site (CAS) within CAU 46. The compilation of these "Environmental Restoration Sites Inventory" forms serve as the de facto Closure Report for this CAU as they were submitted to the State of Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP) and a response received confirming completion of corrective actions."
