Version 4.4 of the Nuvira Spectral Bridge Theorem presents a strengthened proof candidate for the Riemann Hypothesis, refining earlier versions through structural and analytic corrections. This version introduces three key improvements: Microblock spacing control, closing the variable-spacing gap in the fourth-difference (Δ⁴) analysis; Rigorous global coercivity, with an explicit off-block operator norm bound derived from exponential kernel decay; Consistent normalization of the smoothed discrepancy field, ensuring the explicit-formula representation is structurally exact and mean-zero. The framework constructs a higher-order jet-orthogonal defect template derived from the ξ′/ξ model and proves that any off-critical zero contributes strictly positive energy. Using a smoothed, band-limited local discrepancy field, the argument enforces a short Dirichlet polynomial structure and derives a fourth-difference bound of order δ(T)⁸ without reliance on conjectural inputs. The proof reduces the Riemann Hypothesis to three explicitly stated analytic items: A fully explicit decay constant relating kernel decay to block separation; Precise tracking of spacing constants in the local zero distribution; Complete bookkeeping of normalization constants in the smoothed explicit formula. All major heuristic components present in earlier versions have been replaced with explicit constructions.
