The Nuvira Spectral Bridge Theorem: A Proof Candidate for the Riemann Hypothesis

We present the Nuvira Spectral Bridge Theorem, a proof candidate for the Riemann Hypothesis that constructs a jet-orthogonal defect framework and derives a quartic energy inequality forcing all sufficiently high zeros onto the critical line. The argument is unconditional apart from a remaining explicit constant computation and is provided as a working, non–peer-reviewed preprint.
