Assembled Existence Framework for 4D Euclidean Yang–Mills in IGM–RG

We present an assembled existence framework for a four-dimensional Euclidean Yang–Mills construction inside the IGM–RG architecture. The starting point is a Weyl-covariant Euclidean gaugeaction organized by a single geometric rigidity scale κc, together with a gauge-invariant GeometricExclusion Principle implemented by a logarithmic saturation barrier on the admissible domain0 ≤ Ξ < 1.
