Chlorfenapyr is a pyrrole insecticide assigned to IRAC main group 13 based on its mode of action as an uncoupler of oxidative phosphorylation via disruption of the proton gradient. It is active against larvae and adults of a wide range of crop and urban pest species by ingestion and direct contact.
