Abstract The ERES Metadata Archive is the canonical public repository for the document corpus produced by the ERES Institute for New Age Cybernetics (est. 2012). This initial release consolidates white papers, formal submissions, legal instruments, and governance frameworks developed through the Institute's multi-year research program anchored to the foundational equation C = R × P / M. Documents span propulsion science (ESVRD), certification architecture (SCALULAR), economic modeling (UBIMIA, SROC), data integrity (FAVORS-BERA, CBGMODD), and international governance (NPR, GSSG, ILO).
