Assessing the Importance of Safety Requirements as a Component of Organizational Culture in an Industry

This research elaborates the comprehensive study of existing strategies towards the importance of safety requirements, safety equipment’s, build safe working atmosphere and its inter-relationship between organizational culture particularly in small-scale industries. By considering existing safety thought process towards the organizational of safety and safety things i.e. Equipment’s, PPE’s (Personal Protective Equipment’s), Aisle space, Workstation standardization, Ergonomical standards, Safety instructions, Signs etc. Through the analysis of existing strategies particularly in the small-scale industries in the entire manufacturing areas including machining, sheet metal and Assembling process, the research methodology involves addressing questions related to Safety processes, Safety precautions and new technology adopts which give the better idea about the safety hazardous and near miss cases to eliminate the safety concerns before they raise, and the safety systems installations in line with Innovations, Automations, optimization strategies. To concentrate on the safety and building the safety work culture through integrating standards of the cultural, ethical and motivated things really helps to find out the betterment. The research problem highlights approach towards the importance of safety and safety equipment through the adoption of upgraded technology & consideration important parameters while designing Layout in the initial phase in case of Start-ups and revisit the existing layout in case of established firms. Overall, the research aims to assess the current scenario toward looking at safety & review the importance of the adaptation of standard technology related to safety measures.
