Prime Voice Decomposition of the Argument Function: A Variance Euler Product at σ = 1/2

We decompose the argument function S(t) = π⁻¹ arg ζ(½+it), evaluated at the nontrivial zeros of the Riemann zeta function, into individual prime contributions via the Weil explicit formula. Using 10,000 zeros across two disjoint blocks (zeros 2–5,000 and 5,001–10,000), we establish seven results: (i) each prime voice has variance 1/(2π²p), recovering Selberg's variance theorem prime-by-prime; (ii) prime voices are pairwise uncorrelated (max |Corr| < 0.005); (iii) 39 primes reconstruct 91% of the variance; (iv) progressive removal of primes reveals a non-monotone "prime peeling resonance" in the lag-1 autocorrelation, peaking at −0.64; (v) three independent controls (fake primes, white noise, shuffled zeros) confirm the resonance is arithmetic in origin, with 32.4σ and 38.9σ separation on the two blocks; (vi) the resonance is stationary across disjoint zero ranges, with the peak migrating from P=3 to P=7 to P=13; (vii) evaluating voices at σ ≠ ½ reveals that independence holds everywhere but the resonance weakens off the critical line, and σ = ½ is the unique value where the prime variance sum grows at the rate log log T required by Selberg's theorem.
