EDUCATION AND EMPLOYMENT: BRIDGING THE SKILL GAP THROUGH CURRICULUM REFORM

The paper emphasizes experiential learning and competency-based assessment as effective strategies for enhancing employability. Additionally, it underscores the importance of lifelong learning and adaptability in a dynamic job market.
