A Type-II Superconductor Universe Explaining the BTFR and RAR: SGT Derivation of a Two-Phase Cosmos from Observational Evidence via SPARC

The central result is that the universe behaves as a cosmic Type-II superconductor: the scale-symmetric Weyl phase fills the bulk of space (analogous to the superconducting state), while galaxies are isolated Newton-phase vortex cores (analogous to Abrikosov vortices). This analogy is not merely descriptive — it is derived from the SGT field equations, yields two distinct critical accelerations tied to two phase-specific cosmological constants (ΛS and ΛN), and makes a concrete, testable prediction: a second critical acceleration a0,lower = 5.42 × 10−10 m s−2, detectable with Euclid and the Square Kilometre Array. The long-standing ~30% discrepancy between the theoretical and observed values of a0 is shown to arise from conflating the two phase-specific cosmological constants.
