Quantized Helicity in Θ(x) and Neutrino-Phase Propulsion Part II of the Vening (2026) Phase-Coherence Framework This paper extends the scalar phase-field framework introduced in Vening (2026), “Directional Phase Coherence in Polar Plasma Flows: Macro-Helicity Transport Across Scales.” Herewe introduce a quantized helicity operator acting on the large-scale phase field Θ(x), motivatedby the persistence of topological structures in solar, planetary, and magnetospheric plasma. Weshow how discretized phase steps protect helicity against turbulent decay, enabling long-livedflux ropes and non-overlapping conduits. We then explore how microscopic neutrino helicity—aparity-violating, intrinsically directional quantity—can seed and reinforce macroscopic phasealignment. Finally, we outline a speculative but physically grounded concept for neutrinoassisted propulsion using quantized helicity conduits. 10.5281/zenodo.1918993
