The deliverable D6.5 provides an update on the progress of dissemination, communication, and stakeholder engagement tools and activities implemented between M19 and M36 of the SUSTRACK project (May 2024 – October 2025). It builds upon the strategies, methodologies, channels, materials, and tools initially defined in D6.1 “Initial Dissemination and Communication Plan” and further detailed in D6.2. During this period, several dissemination and communication tools have been further developed, updated, and enriched, including the project website, flyers, posters, roll-ups, videos, publications, factsheets, promotional banners, thematic cards, press releases, toolkits, and dedicated social media campaigns. A wide range of dissemination and communication activities was carried out with the active contribution of all partners. These included conferences, meetings, and large-scale events involving citizens, young people, and the general public; educational events with university students; as well as collaborations with other projects and initiatives. Several online activities complemented these efforts, further enhancing the project’s outreach and visibility. Special attention was given to ensuring that SUSTRACK’s results reached both specialised stakeholders and broader audiences, reinforcing the project’s impact across multiple sectors. Stakeholder engagement has remained a central pillar of SUSTRACK. From M19 to M36, the project intensified efforts to involve key actors through conferences, co-creation workshops, interviews, surveys, and meetings. These activities were instrumental in producing and disseminating SUSTRACK’s final results, while ensuring that stakeholder perspectives contributed to the formulation of actionable policy recommendations for advancing the circular bio-based transition.
