Abstract

Significant disparities exist in the readiness of PHC facilities in the Greater Accra and Eastern Regions of Ghana to manage NCDs. Targeted interventions to strengthen CHPS compounds, address rural gaps, and improve medication availability are essential for achieving equitable NCD care delivery.
