Properties of K0.5Na0.5NbO3 doped with ytterbium and neodymium

The dataset contains experimental data obtained for K0.5Nb0.5NbO co-doped with Yb and Nd. REE:KNN powders were synthesised using a optimised Pechini method. The materials were characterised using DSC/TG analysis, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, Raman and FT-IR spectroscopy, X-ray absorption spectroscopy and electrical and magnetic measurements.
