Latin American Artificial Intelligence Index (ILIA) 2025. Key Findings, Applied Artificial Intelligence, and Human Talent

This is the third edition of the Latin American Index of Artificial Intelligence (ILIA), which assesses the state of AI across 19 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. The report presents the main findings, case studies, and thematic analyses of ILIA 2025, with a particular focus on human capital.
