The AI Project Lifecycle: Implementation Strategies and Tools

This paper is intended to help early- and mid-career RCD professionals understand the AI project lifecycle and assess infrastructure needs across its stages so they can more effectively support research teams. The goal is to present a framework that encourages RCD professionals to move beyond a purely supportive role and toward a more collaborative partnership with researchers and practitioners.
