Reforming Vocational Childcare Curriculum in Preschool Education

This study develops a knowledge co-creation and dynamic feedback model to enhance interdisciplinary collaboration between medical and educational professionals in vocational childcare programs. Grounded in Nonaka's SECI framework and PDCA knowledge renewal cycles, the model integrates medical cognition, childcare practice, and pedagogical design into a three-dimensional knowledge ecosystem. Data from 120 students and 18 teachers reveal that interdisciplinary knowledge exchange increased collaboration efficiency by 23%, while health literacy and childcare competence improved by over 18%. Regression analysis confirmed that real-time feedback frequency and knowledge flow density significantly predict learning outcomes (R2 = 0.52, p < 0.01). The results demonstrate that feedback-driven knowledge integration accelerates tacit-to-explicit knowledge transfer and enhances organizational learning within vocational education.
