Figure/Ground Report: Codex 9/11 — The Figure That Collapsed and the Ground That Didn't

The official narrative of September 11th, 2001 is the Figure. The surveillance state, the permanent war economy, and the full-spectrum control apparatus that followed are the Ground. This Figure/Ground report applies McLuhan's analytical framework to the primary source evidence assembled in the Codex 9/11 video production. Five Ground layers are identified — rehearsal infrastructure, drone technology development, financial architecture, pre-authorised political agenda, and structural access — each documented in publicly available records and official testimony.
