Abstract

This study revealed negative genetically proxied associations related to drug targets of anti-migraine formulations, drugs acting on the renin-angiotensin system, and adrenergic drugs/inhalants with gastric cancer risk. These hypothesis-generating findings may help inform future mechanistic and clinical investigations.
