The role of family traditions in the formation of professional dynasties

This article examines the influence of family traditions on professional self-determination and the formation of professional dynasties, as well as the organization of the transfer of knowledge and experience from generation to generation within the framework of family traditions. It shows that in the present day, when the process of developing new professions has become an integral part of social life, the role of family and family traditions is becoming increasingly important and relevant, as it provides another personal-forming reference point and allows one to find support within oneself as part of one's parental family in the complex and arduous process of professional self-determination.
