Abstract

Zusammenfassung: Das „Mentoren für Pflege“-Angebot soll vermeidbare Pflegeausbildungsabbrüche reduzieren. Dabei werden auch interaktive Workshops zur Stärkung von Pflege-Azubis angeboten. Fokus dieser Workshops liegt auf der vorhandenen Praxiserfahrung der Teilnehmenden und dem interaktiven Austausch. Im folgenden Artikel finden sich eine Anleitung zur Entwicklung dieses Formats sowie Empfehlungen für eine optimale Umsetzung.
