The article analyzes existing developments in determining the most effective option for the delivery of furniture products from Ukraine to Poland. Alternative schemes for sequential interaction between participants in the delivery of furniture products from Ukraine to Poland were developed with the participation of a transport and logistics company organizer, furniture product shippers, consolidation warehouses, regional and international transport companies, and recipients. The possible combinations of interaction between these participants in the furniture delivery process have made it possible to form the following interactions between the main participants: international transport company – shippers – recipients – this is the “Direct Delivery Scheme”, and shippers – consolidation warehouse – recipients – this is the “Warehouse Delivery Scheme”. It is proposed to determine the most effective option for the delivery of furniture products from Ukraine to Poland based on an estimated indicator – total costs. Mathematical models have been developed to determine the most effective option for the delivery of furniture products from Ukraine to Poland, taking into account all the features of the technological operations for each alternative option. It has been established that the size of the furniture order, the distance of international transportation of furniture, and the distance of transportation of furniture between senders and recipients are distributed according to the normal distribution law of random variables. Modeling was performed using a program developed in MS Excel, and stepwise regression models were constructed. The models obtained are the most adequate in comparison with linear ones, since the values of the R- squared indicator are the highest. The obtained values of the regression model coefficients were also checked, and all the impact parameters are adequate. Based on the models obtained, calculations were performed and it was determined that the “Direct Delivery Scheme” option is less costly in terms of total costs than the “Warehouse Delivery Scheme” option, provided that the maximum order size for furniture products is 12.8 tons and the distance between senders and recipients is 186 kilometers. And when the distance of international transportation is increased to the maximum value of 1,252 kilometers, the first option has lower costs. In all other combinations of input parameters, the “Warehouse delivery scheme” option is the most economical.
