The aim of the study is to study the activities of emergency medical care organizations for medical evacuation of patients in the Russian Federation in the dynamics of 2010-2024. Research materials and methods. The data of industry statistical observation – form No. 40 (2010-2013) and federal statistical observation – form No. 30 (2014-2024) for the Russian Federation were used; statistical and analytical research methods, MS Office Excel 2016 spreadsheets were applied. Research results and their analysis. In 2010-2024, against the background of a significant decrease (by 17.6%) in the number of people who received emergency medical care, an increase in the number of hospitalized patients (by 22.0%) and their share (by 10.3%) among people who received medical care was noted. As a result, according to 2024 data, 39.3 million people received emergency medical care at the prehospital stage; 12.5 million (31.9%) of them were hospitalized. Interhospital medical evacuation accounts for about 10% of the total number of emergency medical care team visits in the Russian Federation, in 82.4% it is carried out by paramedic teams, without significant dynamics of indicators over the observation period. The period of the Covid-19 pandemic (2019-2021) was significant in terms of the dynamics of the indicators: it was characterized by an increase in the number of hospitalizations (by 15.0%) and their share (by 10.3%) among people who received emergency medical care; the total number of interhospital medical evacuations during this period increased by 40.2%, and the number of medical evacuations by paramedic teams – by 36.5%. Conclusion. Medical evacuation of patients, carried out in the mode of everyday activities and in emergency situations of peacetime and wartime, is an important element of medical care, largely determining the availability and quality, effectiveness of medical care, it is widely in demand in the regions of the country and beyond. The increase in the number of medical evacuations over 15 years of observation is characterized by a pronounced stable trend, and, therefore, requires detailed organizational and methodological development, monitoring, improvement taking into account the current level of science and practice.
