The Malallah Spacetime Entanglement Network (MSEN) Scientific Paper: The Structural Divergence of the n_3 Interaction Neutrino and the n 0 Basal Neutrino

Abstract Standard particle physics assumes the neutrino is a singular entity with unexplained flavor oscillations. This paper presents a mechanical resolution within the Malallah Unified Mesh (MSEN) by defining two distinct operational phases: the n_0 Basal Neutrino and the n_3 Interaction Neutrino. Both phases are anchored to the n=1 nodal floor, but their behavior is dictated by their fractional coupling to the n=3 weak matter shell. We prove that this dual-state architecture explains the "weable" (weakly-active) coupling and the high-frequency "Seesaw" oscillation observed at peak resonance.
