Table S1 Drug-likeness compounds produced by Cordyceps militaris

Keywords including Cordyceps militaris and “YONGCHONGCAO” were used to search the databases of NPAtlas, TCMSP, TCMBank, TCM-ID, HERB, ETCM, Web of Science, and CNKI. Identified chemical constituents were integrated and deduplicated. Following drug-likeness screening and removal of broad-spectrum compounds lacking biosynthetic specificity to C. militaris or sensitive to culture conditions, 37 chemical constituents were ultimately obtained.
