[A case of auricular pseudocyst].

A 32-year-old man presented with a fluctuant, mildly tender swelling of the right auricle. Aspiration yielded yellow fluid, confirming an auricular pseudocyst. Treatment with intralesional corticosteroids led to complete resolution. A mild recurrence resolved after re-treatment. Timely recognition and appropriate management may reduce the risk of auricular deformity associated with untreated pseudocysts.
