Legal documentation is the most significant and labour-intensive task, requiring an immense amount of knowledge along with resources. This prompted us to propose an AI Legal Documentation Assistant (LDA) to automate the legal document process using the concepts of NLP and ML. OpenAI embeddings, PyPDF, Amazon Textract, and LangChain have been employed here to create, understand, and identify abnormality in documents efficiently. In addition to all this, LDA provides personalised templates, collaborative working & secure storage in accordance with the law. The method adopted here, along with the results obtained, indicates the effectiveness, efficacy, as well as accessibility made available through the use of LDA. It reduces human interaction significantly by increasing productivity by highlighting accuracy and efficacy by minimising chances for mistakes caused by ambiguity or vagueness between document contents, helping reduce overall interaction time involved in conversations while generating documents between a lawyer or suing/plaintiff party members of isolated/common language.
