Research on the construction of an atmospheric pollutant emission inventory for industrial stationary combustion sources

Abstract Focusing on Langfang City in 2023 as a case study, this paper integrates the emission factor method with local activity level data to construct an atmospheric pollutant emission inventory for industrial stationary combustion sources. It systematically estimates the emissions of major pollutants such as PM 2.5 , PM 10 , CO, SO 2 , and NO x . The emission inventory further reveals diurnal and monthly variation characteristics of emissions, influenced by production rhythms and seasonal electricity load. This research provides crucial data support for implementing precise atmospheric pollution control measures in Langfang and similar industrial cities, offering significant reference value for advancing refined regional air quality management
