In developed countries, the development of small and medium-sized businesses is proceeding at a high pace, as national governments attach great importance to such enterprises and provide significant assistance. In economically developed countries, small and medium-sized businesses are the basis for the formation of a middle class among the population, which is the basis for stable economic development and employs a large part of the population.
