Source Data for A pathogen-derived small RNA fine-tunes host immunity for chronic parasitism

This dataset provides the underlying source data supporting the findings and figures presented in the manuscript titled "A pathogen-derived small RNA fine-tunes host immunity for chronic parasitism".The dataset consists of two primary components:Length Distribution Data: This file contains the raw and processed values used to generate Figure 1C, representing the size distribution of small RNAs identified in the study.TPM Expression Matrix: This file includes the normalized expression values (Transcripts Per Million, TPM) for the identified transcripts/small RNAs. These values were used to perform the comparative analyses and generate Figure 1D in the manuscript.These data are provided to ensure full transparency and reproducibility of the results reported in the study, in accordance with the journal's Open Data policy. All values were calculated based on the raw sequencing data deposited in the Genome Sequence Archive (GSA) under accession number CRA038699.
