Data supporting the study: "Species-specific responses of helminths to temperature and moisture: long-term and multi-scale analyses in a free-living rodent

This repository contains the datasets, a README file describing all variables, and the R code used to produce the results for the study: Species-specific responses of helminths to temperature and moisture: long-term and multi-scale analyses in a free-living rodent. The repository includes three datasets: data_LARGE.txtThis dataset contains records obtained from a PubMed search using the terms *parasite AND *glareolus and *helminth AND *glareolus. Only studies published after 1980 were retained, as this period marks the onset of consistently positive temperature anomalies relative to the 1950-1980 baseline. data_MEDIUM.txtThis medium-scale spatial dataset includes data from 287 bank voles sampled across 16 locations in six geographic regions spanning approximately 800 km. Sampling was conducted in 2016, 2022, and 2023. All sites were sampled in August–September 2022 or 2023, except for Mazury, which was sampled in September 2016. data_TEMPORAL.txtThis temporal dataset comprises data collected over a 17-year period (1999–2016) from a single location in north-eastern Poland (Urwitałt: 53.7986°N, 21.6547°E). A total of 757 bank voles were sampled. README.txtThis file provides detailed descriptions of all variables included in the datasets.
