This is Version 2.0 of the Omega Gravastar framework, building upon the original “Source Code of the Universe” (Zenodo DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.19176816). In this revised and expanded version, we provide explicit step-by-step derivations of three key predictions: The tensor-to-scalar ratio rr in Loop Quantum Cosmology with torsion, yielding the bound 3×10−6≲r≲3.2×10−33×10−6≲r≲3.2×10−3; The neutron electric dipole moment drift, ∣ddn/dt∣≲2.2×10−27 e⋅cm/yr∣ddn/dt∣≲2.2×10−27e⋅cm/yr, testable by n2EDM and nEDM@SNS; A self-consistent constraint linking the coupling ξξ, the cosmic spin density σ0σ0, and the observed dark energy density. The framework remains based on Einstein–Cartan gravity with an axial torsion–scalar mixing term, replacing the cosmological constant with a dynamical torsion energy density. The observable universe is modeled as a gravastar shell whose topological defects form a Fibonacci spiral—the unique maximal-information packing on a sphere—and constitute a Fibonacci anyon topological quantum error-correcting code. A cyclic reset occurs when torsion entropy saturates half the de Sitter horizon, fixing the coupling ξ≈0.5ξ≈0.5 without fine-tuning. A transparent status table distinguishes derived results from pending numerical calculations (electroweak scale, CMB amplitude, gauge couplings). The philosophical Six‑Path Architecture is explicitly separated as a non‑falsifiable interpretive meta‑layer. The theory makes six independent falsifiable predictions for experiments completing before 2030 (IPTA, CTA, n2EDM, DESI/Euclid, LiteBIRD, LSST). This version addresses prior criticisms by providing full derivations, clarifying the status of each result, and identifying the remaining open questions (e.g., the origin of the cosmic spin density σ0σ0).
