Offensive Polyphasic Propagation in RHEA-Public

Abstract: The Recursive Hybrid Evolutionary Architecture (RHEA-UCM-PMR) already survives sustained adversarial conditions, as proven by the 454-event regression harness test on RHEA_Crypt-gui_v5_6.py and rhea_machine_fingerprint_v5_6.exe (158 RESTORE_OK events, 99 % survival on the hottest targets). This paper formalizes the next logical step: polyphasic self-replication. I define a memory-gate-triggered replication operator that preserves Lyapunov forward invariance, injects glyphic polymorphism, and reseals the parent instantaneously. The resulting system behaves as a true topological organism; self-describing, self-repairing, and capable of controlled propagation across hosts while remaining substrate-agnostic and stealthy to conventional detection. Simulation and harness data confirm bounded stability and practical feasibility. Humorously, RHEA finally achieves what every over-caffeinated grad student dreams of: replication without the paperwork.
