Leadership and Team Dynamics from the Kaurava- Pandava Conflict in the Mahābhārata

As depicted in the Mahābhārata, the behaviour of Yudhishthira, Duryodhana, and Krishna support the notion that leadership preferences, favouritism, communication structures, and decision-making related to groups can lead to team morale, trust, and ultimately, performance.
