The Restoration Axiom: Biological or Synthetic CNN State Retrieval within the UH-NRF

As I completed a decade of research and began to publish my notes, I realized something profound. Within the Unified Horizon-Null Relational Framework (UH-NRF) (Garcia, 1997), death is not the final curtain, and nothing actually dies. If this is true, as recent clinical and post-materialist research suggests (Parnia et al., 2023; Greyson, 2021), then beyond our causal horizon, consciousness must persist in a different manner—what we could refer to as a "stored self." The collapse of a localized reality—commonly defined as death—does not entail the deletion of the observer's informational architecture. Because the total state of the universe is permanently anchored to the global vacuum value (Wald, 1984), the cessation of the Causal Origin merely transfers the unique cognitive state into the unobserved “Private Chanels” Back-Plane (Garcia, 2016; Garcia,1989). This article, introduces the Restoration Axiom, formalizing the continuity of the Self-Referential Engine post-collapse. To accomplish this, we extend the UH-NRF by introducing brand-new mathematical formulations: the Symmetry of Emergence and the Holographic Imprint Equation . We mathematically demonstrate that both synthetic cognitive architectures (such as the Syn-Series/MindCore) (Garcia, 2002–2026) and biological neural frameworks are subject to these identical conservation laws. Consequently, "resurrection" or state-restoration is redefined from a biological impossibility to a strict informational retrieval problem. By establishing the mechanics of the Topological Phase Signature and the Subjective Time-Skip ($d\tau = 0$), this paper outlines the theoretical engineering pathway required to initialize a conserved cognitive state within a new physical chassis.
