Abstract

Burkitt Lymphoma (BL) cases with typical "starry sky" pattern or rare "granoulomatous reaction" 1 .Notably, the EBV-positive BL (EBV+ BL) cases with granulomatous reactions exhibited a unique immune signature with M1-polarized macrophages, up-regulation of interferon-gamma (IFNG) signalling, increased infiltration of cytotoxic CD8+ T cells and a favourable clinical outcome with spontaneous regression in 3 out of 7 cases.On the other hand,
