Employee Value Proposition and Employer Branding to Drive Employee Experience

Employee experience management is one of the critical elements of an organisation's human resource approach. With increasing competition for talent, the talent market is now skewed towards the choice of employee, unlike the earlier choice of employer. The employers are looking for innovative approaches to attract and retain talent. Employee experience is one of the new Innovative approaches that can be used by employers to differentiate themselves in the talent market. The employee experience concept has gained the attention of employers, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic. In this chapter, the authors are proposing the Employer value proposition and employer branding as the tool to design and implement employee experience across the organisation. The chapter provides conceptual understanding along with some of examples of how these concepts can be used to elevate employee experience.
