Dataset of Hydrolyzed corn starch with maltotetraose for skin defense through NRF2 pathway activation in human keratinocytes

This repository contains the minimal dataset underlying the results reported in the article “Hydrolyzed corn starch with maltotetraose for skin defense through NRF2 pathway activation in human keratinocytes”. The data include:– Quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR) results: individual Ct values for all genes and experimental conditions shown in the figure.– Reactive oxygen species (ROS) measurements: raw fluorescence intensity values for each sample and condition.– Western blot quantification: band intensity values for blots presented. Data are provided as comma-separated values (CSV) files. These datasets can be used to reproduce the statistical analyses and plots presented in the article.
