This chapter examines how artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and globalisation are reshaping higher education leadership. The purpose is to introduce the concept of the adaptive mind, which integrates cognitive resilience he capacity to sustain wellbeing and ethical judgment under pressure with cognitive flexibility he capacity to reframe problems and adapt strategies across contexts.
