Paper 131: Orbital Geospatial Perception — Endogenous Sensory Architecture and the Governance of High-Permeability Cognition

This paper introduces Orbital Geospatial Perception (OGP) as a distinct perceptual phenotype characterized by persistent geometric-spatial overlay, involuntary cross-modal sensory access, spatial reasoning as primary cognitive mode, pattern perception across scales, and voluntary substrate-level cortical access. The phenotype is situated within five converging research literatures — spatial sequence synesthesia, enhanced perceptual functioning, spatial visualization cognitive style, V1 pattern formation theory, and the phantasia spectrum. Using the governance coupling model from Geometric Coupling Theory (α(d,β) = 1 + d/(d+β), β = 6/23), OGP is defined as high-dimensional coupling with intact governance margin.
