NEUROSEG is a Jupyter-based workflow for brain and organoid fluorescence imaging: StarDist nuclear segmentation, optional ROI-restricted analysis, and three ways to call cells positive for markers (average intensity, colocalization / morphology, or APOC object classification). Downstream steps support multi-marker subpopulations and Napari QC visualization. Initial release will all core functionalities tested across OS (win-64, linux-64, osx-arm64). #TODO: Include the rest of the tutorial videos.
