Excess of (un)happiness – a contribution to the definitionof POCT in Poland

<ns3:p>Point-of-care testing (POCT) is currently a subject of interest and a new area ofactivity, primarily for laboratory diagnosticians working in hospitals. The scopeof these activities should be based on a proper definition of POCT. There arefour definitions of POCT currently existing in the Polish legal system. This articleattempts to interpret them and discusses their flaws and advantages.</ns3:p>
